Closing can be a stressful process for all parties involved. By being prepared, however, you can alleviate some of this strain and close on time! Here is a quick list of what Sellers can do to help ensure their property sale will close on target:

  1. Make sure your agent has your best contact info
  2. Know when your agent plans to open escrow
  3. Expect to hear from your escrow officer on that day
  4. Have Loan and HOA contact info ready to share
  5. Complete and return all documents promptly
  6. Call the escrow office with any questions
