Why Independent Escrow?

Peace of mind. That should be what an escrow company provides to all parties involved in a real estate transaction. According to an excerpt from The Escrow Institute of California, “The escrow holder has the obligation to safeguard the funds and/or documents while they are in the possession of the escrow holder, and to disburse funds and/or convey title only when all provisions of the escrow have been complied with.”

As an independent escrow agent, we are licensed and regulated under the stringent criteria of the California Department of Business Oversight. We serve as a neutral party in all types of Real Estate transactions, including purchases, refinances, short sales, condo conversions, subdivision, exchange/reverse exchange transactions, and commercial real estate sales.

It is our duty and privilege to provide buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, and their agency representatives with the highest standard of personal service and expertise. We maintain a proactive stance throughout the process, providing notice and support to all concerned to ensure that all contractual requirements are met and that efforts of all parties are coordinated. Our team is knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive, working together with each of the transaction participants to secure a smooth and timely closing.

Case Escrow understands and honors its obligation to protect all that we hold on behalf of the community we serve, and deeply respects the confidence and trust which have been placed in us by our loyal customers.
