In order to better serve your needs Case Escrow may request personal and/or financial information from you or about you. When we request such information it is for legitimate business purposes only.

Case Escrow upholds high standards when protecting your personal information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural protections to guard your non-public information. Case Escrow may disclose your personal information to others when we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or to protect the safety of our customers, employees, or property and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.

Case Escrow will not disclose Personal Information about our present or former customers to nonaffiliated third parties, except as outline in this document or otherwise permitted by law.

This Privacy Statement may be modified in the future. When the Privacy Statement is amended we will post notice of the change on our website. The effective date of this Privacy Statement, as stated herein indicates the last time this Privacy Statement was revised or materially changed.
